• Minor Maintenance - power washing, caulking
• Room/Area Preparation - all floor surfaces will be covered and all other surfaces will be protected from dust/paint
• Scraping/Sanding- repairing loose or peeling edges, surface gouging
• Priming - all cracks, holes are filled, sanded and primed
• Smooth Finish Coat - no drips, runs, sags, streaks, roller marks or flashing. Cutting lines will be straight and neat. No paint hits on surrounding surfaces.
• Quality Cleanup - your home will be left the way we found it

We guarantee that failed areas will be repaired at no cost to you
